Hi Jenny, I do know a lawyer and it's not Michael Joseph (he is now based more in the USA than Egypt), it is Remon the Senior Attorney in the Law Firm Michael Joseph is part of and the one that has always done the legal work for MJ. He is the only lawyer I trust in Hurghada.

I will let you know what he says

hi neil will you ask him for me also if he has had a look at my pyramids beach contract i gave him when we went over thanks

Hi Jeremy, have you emailed him? Really you need to deal direct as it's your contract and your lawyer if that makes sense, he won't be happy discussing your business with me, just send him an email and then if you don't get a reply let me know and I will chase him to reply.

thanks but i have not got it will you email it to me pleas

first flat delivered :)

Hi to everybody !
I just found this forum a few days ago , so sorry that i didnt before, but better now than never.

I am happy to inform you that the first flat in Isida is delivered.
I got the key to my flat. :) :)
So, keep the hope on this project, it is possible to have a happy end.

yet, no electricity and no water in the flat , but electricity is in the house already, but the counters aren't.
The water tank under the house is already there, only the tanks on the roof are not installed yet.
Mohamed Said told me, it will be during next week.
I hope it will happen too :)

I still keep hoping for the best end to all this

I don't think they are working to that map Jeremy, seeing as the walls of the bigger school go along the back of Tiba Towers 2, and it is down as a service area (4)!!

Hi Everybody,

I'm just dropping a line to anybody who's invested in isida and wants to get involved in the group action against the developer mohamed to get in touch the more the merrier!

I think most people would agree 30 months overdue on completion is way too long and there seems no sign of work towards finishing so investors now need to seize the moment and join in!

All the best

Nigel

8 sets of windows fitted and tiles laid to same apts nothing to do with Mohamed, the guy who let me take these said this was his obligation to HIS customers. I think an x partner who sold these apts. Don't get excited the water tanks are round the corner.

wakey work has increased 2000% I think a finish date early nov, mohammed not seen on site for 6 weeks, I think he as sold the project so I think the consortium you have got together need to do an up to date due diligence. I think this project is in the hands of other people now.
big arguments and fighting last night with 4 of the developers. due to un sold apts not boarded up. u now have electric to both sides of the complex and a few meters fitted. Will keep u updated

Haha! I wonder what on earth has brought this on!

Thank you so much for the updates, us guys here in the UK really are dependant on people like you and it really is appreciated. I doubt that this will halt the impending action we are taking and I personally need to see much much more before i change thought, thank you very very much.

No problem paul and wakey, as nigel knows I find and I post, got banned from the other forum from fisher who passes the place 3 times per week, u cant see isida from the main road? so how can he say how the development is progressing he has the wrong buiding.
up to 2 weeks ago this was a locked development the guy who invited me in is the land owner and said mohammed as nothing to do with this development. check your contracts with names and group together and have a new due diligence report done, you only need one. due diligence is only valid on the day it is carried out. I think nov 5 completion . steven,sargeant@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks Steven, I am already onto the DD, we just need to do this as a group I feel and with the right guy. It would be nice if they communicated to their customers but if this completes in the end and I get my two places then all is good.

I will drop you a line, most definitely, but not tonight. I have just had to go through a 120 Survey report for another battle that I have on my hands and my head is gone :|

Is anyone out there able to confirm if work is still going on? Should anyone know who the mysterious people are, or even comment on the more intriguing arguments, it would be greatly appreciated as owners/developers think that their customers should be the last to know!!!!

not good news nigel, Had a walk round the other night, the entire place is as it was with little work going on. work is only going on in selected apts not floor by floor. I think these are the apts Mohamed sold to this other guy.
speak to you soon,
Steve.

Dear all,
This is Mr Kamara owner of the 3sis with his wife, we would be interested in joining the group of owners changeling or taking action against Mohamed Saayed even though we already have our own cases against him already. Give me an email address or telephone no to contact.
Thanks
Kamara/Hajni
