I was told that it should be occupied soon. Have not personally been up close to it but can certainly see the flags flying outside it.

Was told this morning that it will be open early next year so not long. No roads at present but the sand is hard so it makes for fairly easy walking.

Georgia residence is currently being built in the same area as the the tiba projects. It is being sold by one stop overseas and looks to be nearly complete. Are there any forum members buying on this project?

Hi tibaqueen, the UK staff of One Stop Overseas have been arrested and are in Doncaster Crown Court on the 24th March 2014 (the case is estimated to last at least a week) for alleged theft of monies paid to them. So I think people should be careful if looking at any of their projects in Egypt, especially as Mr Waddington is wanted in the UK by the police for questioning but won't return, according to the police. I know this as I have been summoned to attend, before anyone starts threatening me with solicitors as usually happens, and if you would like it verifying here is the email address for DC Andy Froggett andy.froggett@southyorks.pnn.police.uk

Thank you for the information. I appreciate your findings. We have paid 20% reservation and will take the contract when received to an independent solicitor to ensure he is happy with it thereby ensuring that we get our apartment. We did spend an hour talking to Mr Waddington and he was forthcoming with his explanation regarding their dealings with a previous builder. I will just tread very slowly.

Hi tibaqueen, no problem but if you want to hear another side of the story then DC Froggett's details are there for you.
