As someone who bought and paid for %100 an apartment on desert pearl and is left with nothing, oh how I wish this development was on the go seven years ago as it looks like a great investment, I could have bought a studio here with money to spare. Any way, Thanks for all your help Neil.

Hi Alexander and robo, I know and if only we had never heard of WWD, El Riad and a few others life would be much better, but we did and 5+ years on we are still fighting to find a solution.

Hi Jeremy, yes they have and we helped many clients take advantage of that loophole until they closed it (you being one of them :) )

Still amazing value though whatever currency they are purchased in

Hello Jeremy Bright.
I am posting on this thread as there is nothing recent on the Pyramids Beach thread. What is happening there now? We hear nothing from El Riad, as usual. Is it being built at all?
We hoped to at least end up with an apartment we could sell on. Any advice from anyone?
