Can anyone please answer this post .....I received this by email.

Recently joined this association and reading all the different posts by
other members seems quite worrying about El_riad. My father recently
purchased a property in Hurghada Village, its completed and he's paid in
full and had his contract and deeds stamped when he was out there in
March(he also met Mohammed).
My concern is that his paperwork could be invalid, if this is the case
should he be paying the £400 fee and letting DWP have his property details
to go on this list? or is that currently they are looking into DP1, DP2 and
CS only.

I would be greatful for the reply before tomorrow morning

Can you please say why you think the paperwork is invalid?

The new maintenance contracts have been taken today to be translated as there is an Arabic one for the Egyptian owners and an Arabic/English one for everyone else. The prices have been set for the maintenance over the past few nights we have looked at expenditure and how much more will need to be spent to make it a better service. The prices have been set to cover costs and that's about it (it may not even do that), this is all about showing what can be done and you will be paying the first year in quarterly payments so you see what you get for your money. Prices will change over the next coming years but you have a bargain this first year.

The maintenance will start from the 1st May so the contracts will be out to you ASAP once translated so please be ready, and everyone will be paying the same whether Egyptian or foreigner.
